Our Board of Directors provides governance, stewardship, advocacy, financial and corporate oversight, policies and by-laws and leadership on the strategic direction of Habitat for Humanity NL.

We are currently seeking two individual senior leaders with strong experience and expertise in the following areas:
- Business/Retail, Banking, Real Estate/Land Development Industries and Housing/Family Services area.
Requirements:
- 3-year renewable Term, starting June 1st, 2023
- Time commitment of 3-6 hours per Month
Qualifications Preferred:
- Non-profit board experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in fundraising, government or community relations an asset
- Ability to communicate Habitat’s mission, vision and values to others with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Time and desire to be a part of a cohesive team and collective efforts
- Open doors in the business community, with foundations and with private individuals or families to facilitate donations of funds or building materials

- While all accomplished individuals will be considered, of particular interest will be those with experience in Business/Retail and Housing industries
